Well, I changed my mind during the weekend. I will start doing straight up 531/BBB three days per week.

Day 1
Bench Press 5/3/1
Military press 5x10 @ 50% TM
DB Rows 5x10

Day 2
Squat 5/3/1
Deadlift 5x10 @ 50% TM
Leg curl 5x10

Day 3
Military Press 5/3/1
Bench Press 5x10 @ 50% TM
Chins 5x10

Day 4
Deadlift 5/3/1
Squat 5x10 @ 50% TM
Hanging Leg Raise 5x15

Cycle 1 starts today with the following training maxes:
Bench:   82.5kg
Squat:    97.5kg
Military: 55kg
Deadlift: 112.5kg
