Notes:
I decided to do the last lift of week 1 together with the first lift of week 2 at the same time since I will be away for a couple of days this week.
Pressed a new PR in bench, but after the BBB assistance I was quite beat when doing the deadlifts.
Maybe I should have done the deadlifts before the assistance. Will try that next time

Military Press
1x5 37.5kg
1x5 42.5kg
1x9 47.5kg PR (1RM 62,5kg)
Bench BBB
5x10 45kg
Chins
5 sets, 7, 6, 6, 5, 4 reps at bodyweight
Notes:
Military press felt heavy, but I managed 9 reps. I had a bad night sleep so it was no big surprise.
Short term goal for the chins is 5x10, but I was quite happy with the results.

Notes:
Squat felt great. Could probably have pushed a rep or two more but decided to end it att eleven reps.
I dialed down the weights on the accessory work just to get a feel for them. The deadlift BBB sets felt a bit too easy so I will go a bit heavier next time.
My hams are incredibly weak, so 15kg was enough. Hopefully that will go up in time.

Bench felt fairly easy and I ended with a PR! I have had some problems with pain in my left shoulder but it worked out fine.

Welcome to my quest for Strength and Aesthetics!
I'm about to start following Wendler's 5/3/1 with BBB accessory work, but on three days per week instead of four.
I will run at least two cycles before reevaluating how this works out in practice. If it turns out to be too much I will do the fourth workout the following week instead.
The plan now is:
Monday:
Bench 5/3/1
Squat BBB
Military BBB (3x10)
DB Rows
Wednesday:
Deadlift 5/3/1
Military 5/3/1
