Notes:
Squat felt great. Could probably have pushed a rep or two more but decided to end it att eleven reps.
I dialed down the weights on the accessory work just to get a feel for them. The deadlift BBB sets felt a bit too easy so I will go a bit heavier next time.
My hams are incredibly weak, so 15kg was enough. Hopefully that will go up in time.
