Cycle 1, Week 1

Bench Press
1x5 55kg
1x5 62.5kg
1x10 72.5kg PR (1RM 97,5kg)

Military Press
5x10 27.5kg

DB Row
5x10 22.5kg

Notes:
Bench felt fairly easy and I ended with a PR! I have had some problems with pain in my left shoulder but it worked out fine.
I supersetted the assistance work and I felt quite tired afterwards. Will see how I feel tomorrow I guess.
