I'm about to start following Wendler's 5/3/1 with BBB accessory work, but on three days per week instead of four.
I will run at least two cycles before reevaluating how this works out in practice. If it turns out to be too much I will do the fourth workout the following week instead.
The plan now is:
Monday:
Bench 5/3/1
Squat BBB
Military BBB (3x10)
DB Rows
Wednesday:
Deadlift 5/3/1
Military 5/3/1
Chins
Abs
Friday:
Squat 5/3/1
Bench BBB
SLDL
Dips
This blog will be mostly for myself to be able to keep some notes of the progress etc.
